We provide domestic commercial and industrial cleaning services including but not limited to:
Regular contract cleaning (daily weekly fortnightly)
Deep cleaning, End of tenancy and Airbnb cleaning
Office restaurant and care home cleaning
All services are subject to availability and agreement at the time of booking.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via phone or email.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices will be quoted before the service begins.
Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfers, or other agreed methods.
4. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises. Any delays or failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or cancellation charges.
5.Health & Safety
We follow all industry-standard health and safety practices. Clients are expected to inform us of any hazards or sensitive materials at the property before service.
6.Liability
While we take the utmost care during service, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Accidental breakage if not reported within 24 hours
Loss or theft of unattended items.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Secure valuables and sensitive items before service
Provide accurate information about the property and service needs
Notify us in advance of any changes or requirements.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of any revised Terms.
